Pip has represented people in both the Magistrates Court and the Supreme Court for various offences of violence, ranging from common assault to attempted murder, grievous bodily harm and wounding and murder. In 2024, Pip represented DR who was charged with murder. Pip successfully negotiated for the charge to be downgraded to manslaughter and assisted her client with an expert plea in mitigation. 

In 2022, Pip represented JW in the Supreme Court for a wounding charge. JW pled guilty, but there were circumstances that led to the commission of this crime that the Judge needed to know about. Wounding is a crime that has a wide sentencing range, however it can and does lead to terms of imprisonment. In this case, the sentencing Judge instead decided to order JW to perform community service. 

In 2019, Pip represented BP in his plea in mitigation after he was found guilty of murder.
